Tina Dinh, doing business as Tina Beauty (“Tina,” “we,” “us” or “our”), provides eyelash, permanent makeup and plasma skin tightening services at Phoenix Lash & Brows LLC, 6141 Oakbrook Parkway, Suite A, Norcross, GA 30093. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit tinabeauty.salon (the “Site”), book an appointment, or receive services from us.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2Information We Collect

A. On This Site

The Site has no sign-up or contact forms. We do not collect your name, email or phone number on the Site itself.

B. When You Book Through Vagaro

Our online booking is provided by Vagaro, Inc., a third-party scheduling and payment platform used by Phoenix Lash & Brows LLC. When you select Book, you leave this Site and go to Vagaro, which collects the details needed to book your appointment, such as your name, mobile number, email address, the service and time you choose, and payment or deposit information. Vagaro handles that information under its own Privacy Policy and User Agreement. Tina and Phoenix Lash & Brows can see your booking details in order to provide your service.

C. At Your Appointment

Before permanent makeup, eyelash or plasma services, we may ask you to complete intake and consent forms, which can include health information such as allergies, medications and skin conditions, and we may take before and after photos of the treated area for your client record.

D. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site and our advertising partners may use cookies and similar tools to collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page or ad that referred you. See Section 6.

3How We Use Your Information

• Schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• Provide your service safely and keep your client record, including touch up history.
• Answer your questions by phone or text.
• Send appointment text messages you have agreed to receive, as described in Section 5.
• Measure which pages and ads bring in bookings, and improve the Site.
• Meet legal, tax and safety obligations.

4Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with Vagaro (booking, reminders and payments), with Affirm if you choose to pay over time, with Phoenix Lash & Brows LLC as the studio where your service takes place, with analytics and advertising providers described in Section 6, when required by law, and with a successor if the business is sold, under the same protections.

Health information from your intake and consent forms is used only to provide your service safely and is not used for marketing.

5Text Messaging and Mobile Information

When you book through Vagaro and provide your mobile number, you may receive appointment text messages such as booking confirmations, reminders and changes to your appointment. If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 6Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

The Site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tags to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. These providers may set cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad personalization in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

7Your Rights and Choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Update or delete your Vagaro account and booking information through Vagaro.

To make a request, call (614) 557-1030. We will verify your identity before acting on it. Some records, such as consent forms and service history, may need to be kept for legal or safety reasons.

8Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including client and consent records, touch up history, and legal and tax obligations. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept as long as needed to show compliance.

9Security

We use reasonable safeguards and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10Children's Privacy

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
