1Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of tinabeauty.salon (the “Site”) and to appointments booked with Tina. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2Who We Are

Tina Dinh, doing business as Tina Beauty (“Tina,” “we,” “us” or “our”), provides eyelash, permanent makeup and plasma skin tightening services at Phoenix Lash & Brows LLC, 6141 Oakbrook Parkway, Suite A, Norcross, GA 30093.

3Booking Through Vagaro

Appointments are booked, paid for and managed through Vagaro, Inc., a third-party platform. When you book, you also agree to Vagaro’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the operation or availability of Vagaro.

Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival policies shown during booking apply to your appointment.

4Prices and Payment

Prices on the Site match those published on our booking page and are confirmed when you book. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment. If you choose to pay over time with Affirm, that financing is provided by Affirm under its own terms and approval.

5Consultation, Eligibility and Consent

You must be 18 or older to book. Before permanent makeup, eyelash or plasma services, you agree to complete intake and consent forms honestly and completely, including allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions and recent treatments. Tina may decline, postpone or change a service if it is not safe or suitable for you.

6Results, Touch Ups and Aftercare

Results vary from person to person based on skin type, age, health, sun exposure and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. Permanent makeup is semi-permanent and fades over time, and touch up sessions are often needed to perfect and maintain results. Eyelash extensions shed with your natural lash cycle and need regular touch ups. Following the aftercare instructions you are given is your responsibility.

7Text Message Terms

If you provide your mobile number when booking, you may receive appointment text messages such as booking confirmations, reminders and appointment changes, sent through our booking platform. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (614) 557-1030.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8Use of the Site

The Site and its content, including text, photos and design, belong to Tina Dinh or are used with permission. You may view the Site for personal use. Do not copy, reuse or misuse its content, or interfere with how it works.

Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. Ask Tina at your consultation about whether a service is right for you.

9Third-Party Services

The Site links to third-party services, including Vagaro, Affirm and Google Maps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tina Dinh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
